A good place, nothing too exiting but surely a nice few days

Fantastic location with a private area and breach.

Well the spa wasn’t open anymore, a smoking area didn’t have any seat to relax, no shadow just under the sun and not even some umbrella.

It's a good and enjoyable stay

Beach, relaxing ambiance, helpful staff The hotel is old and not well maintained, but it's manageable, value for money because it's not that expensive compared to nearby resort that we stayed before but you still really enjoy the beach, its sand and pool. It was one of the best beaches I saw in the nasugbu area. The water from the faucet is strong. The staffs are considerate.

good: breakfast, location, beach side, quiet and peaceful since there were not much guests when we checked in, ample parking space, easy to find via waze, near Tagaytay I had a great experience here back in 2015 which is why I returned this year

bad: facilities, room and building look old and dilapidated maybe not maintained during the pandemic, they badly need renovation and makeover, aircon was noisy, corridors and stairways are wet, there was no spa nor massage (even if their name is canyon cove hotel & spa which disappointed me), upon checking in room wasn't ready yet even if there were not much guests since it's a weekday, no wifi! far from the experience I had back in 2015

Great place, so-so restaurant lacking menu

I always liked canyon cove because of the beach, pool acess from the main road. The breakfast is ok but they could add fruits and other variety for the price you pay, I expect extra on food. On the Sunday dinner, not much choice and lack of entertainment like a few years back.

No evening activities unlike better. Restaurant menu is reduced from before. Other resorts offer more

Comfortable bed,Clean sheets, towels and mats, the food, the beach and the view.

There was a coacroach in the bathroom, all the fixtures (bathroom) are old and needs replacement, Old windows too. There is no waiter in the beach and pool area waiting to serve you. You have to order take out from the restaurant.

We like the spacious room and the big pool. The staff were accommodating and approachable. The service is good but the breakfast they offered was just a little bit ...The place is clean.

The inflatable playground was not set-up. Staff mentioned because of the previous typhoon . Its understandable, I hope on our next visit my kids can use the facility.

What was the highlight of Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa

The place has loads of amenities to keep you occupied and the beach is clean so it is safe for us to walk about bare footed. I like that the room is kept clean. I have a very sensitive nose so to have a clean room helped alot. Also the staff was always smiling, polite and helpful. I find that is essential in customer service in order to make every guests feel welcomed during their stay. Kudos to the training Managers for this.

The furniture was very old and the smell of the room was very musky. For breakfast, the spread was very limited compared to many resorts that I have been to. Would be nice to add a few international dishes to the spread. As a foreigner there, because I am Asian looking, I was quickly assumed by all staff that I speak Tagalog so everytime I would have to stop them from talking further and explain to them that I do not speak the language. So that was pretty tiring and uncomfortable for me to do throughout my stay. I suggest that at least at front desk check-ins or at the Security gate when they see a foreign ID or passport, the staff or Security could make the effort to speak to us foreigners in English first.

The pool and the beach...

Checking in took so long to think it was already past 3pm... The sheets looks dirty it has stains, no wifi within the room only at the lobby. We book three rooms... I requested to place the rooms near to each other because we have senior citizens with us but it was placed at the end of both south and north wings... the farthest... same room type and booking... I hope they can improve on this... families go there to bond please don't make it hard for them.

The room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Staff was courteous.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking. We had a bad experience in the island cafe. We chose the fish n meats to be grilled. They said it would take 20 mins to grill. It was almost an hr and still no food. We noticed that they served the food of diners who came after us. After repeated follow ups, we found out that the staff forgot to grill our food. Or maybe misplaced our order slip.

The staff are very nice im service. Also the staff in cafe are very polite and helping to make your stay comfortable.

The room check in took 2-3 hours. We booked 3 rooms. 2 we got after 2 hours another after 3 hours.
